| == Malaysian Paintball and International Competition ==
| |
| | |
| Malaysia has been an important location for international paintball competition in Asia.
| |
| | |
| Events associated with the [[Paintball Asia League Series]] helped connect Malaysian teams with competitors from across Southeast Asia, East Asia, Oceania and other regions.
| |
| | |
| International events hosted in Malaysia provided opportunities for visiting teams, professional players, referees and coaches to participate in the country's competitive paintball community.
| |
| | |
| Malaysian tournament organisers, field operators and industry professionals have also contributed to regional competition and the development of tournament infrastructure.
| |
| | |
| WikiPaintball aims to document these connections through individual articles covering tournaments, leagues, venues, organisations and participating teams.
| |
| | |
| == Historical Records and Resources ==
| |
| | |
| Malaysian paintball history has been recorded through tournament websites, event programmes, photographs, videos, online forums, magazines, social media and personal collections.
| |
| | |
| However, some of this material is becoming increasingly difficult to access.
| |
| | |
| Historical tournament websites have disappeared, playing fields and businesses have closed, online communities have migrated between platforms and many early results are no longer publicly available.
| |
| | |
| WikiPaintball aims to identify, preserve and reference these materials wherever possible.
