Tactical Action
Tactical Action Sdn. Bhd., commonly shortened to Tactical Action, is a Malaysian company documented in contemporary sources as an administrator and presenter of tournament paintball events from at least 2007 to 2009. It handled registrations and entry-fee payments for the Malaysian National Paintball League (MY-NPL) and was described as the main presenter of the Pengerang Open 2008.[1][2]
Tournament involvement
[edit]Tactical Action was named as the recipient of entry-fee payments for MY-NPL tournaments during the 2007 season. Registration notices gave its address as 25, Jalan Damar, SD15/1, Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.[1][3]
At the Pengerang Open, held at Stadium Bandar Penawar in Johor on 19 and 20 January 2008, the MY-NPL organising team was reported to have conducted the tournament under the leadership of Tactical Action as its main presenter.[2]
During the 2008 MY-NPL season, tournament announcements were issued jointly in the names of MY-NPL and Tactical Action. The company continued to receive registration payments for events including the Malacca round and the season finale at the Malaysian Paintball Academy (MAPAAC).[4][5]
Tactical Action remained involved in the league's administration in 2009. Entry fees for the MY-NPL tournament held in Kuantan on 20 and 21 June were payable to the company.[6] The same announcement listed separate contact details for Tactical Action and MAPAAC; the available records therefore do not by themselves establish that Tactical Action owned or operated the academy.
Company records
[edit]A supplier-registration list published by Universiti Putra Malaysia included Tactical Action Sdn. Bhd. under supplier code TA000100.[7] The record confirms the company's registered styling but does not establish its incorporation date, ownership or paintball-related business activities.
No reliable source has been located establishing when the company began or ceased operating. Its absence from later tournament coverage should not be interpreted as evidence of closure.
