Shock Tactics (New Zealand Paintball Team): Difference between revisions
Created an evidence-based article for Shock Tactics, covering its verified 2001–2002 tournament record. Reconciled Shock Tactic as a spelling variant; documented the related Shock (W) and Shock (P) entries separately without inventing the meanings of their qualifiers; added the team’s Rotorua Volcanic, New Zealand Nationals and Hawke’s Bay 3-Man results; and omitted an unsupported location, home field and roster. |
Updated the existing Shock Tactics article following confirmation that Shock Tactic is a spelling variant of the same team; retained four verified results from 2001–2002; removed Shock (W) and Shock (P) from the team’s results table because their relationship remains unresolved; preserved those names as separate same-event entries; and removed the proposed Red Alert connection because none is known. |

Shock Tactics was a New Zealand tournament paintball team documented in national and regional competitions during 2001 and 2002. Its best recorded result was seventh in the Cup standings at the 2002 Volcanic Rotorua Paintball Tournament.[5]
The singular name Shock Tactic, printed in the 2001 Rotorua Volcanic results, was a spelling variant of Shock Tactics.[1] Entries named Shock (W) and Shock (P) also competed at the 2002 Hawke's Bay 3-Man, where they appeared separately from Shock Tactics.[4] Their relationship to Shock Tactics has not been established, and the surviving report does not explain the two qualifiers.
