2019 NXL Australia
2019 NXL Australia was a season of NXL Australia tournament paintball. The documented PBLeagues calendar comprised four Victorian rounds, four New South Wales rounds and a national finals event. Competition is recorded at all nine events, although some surviving match records are incomplete.[1][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11]
Ballistics Unit won Division 1 at the national finals, while SEC Grey won Division 2. Separately, PBLeagues' published cumulative season rankings placed Hustle first in Division 1 and Bomb Voyage first in Division 2.[2][11]
Venues
[edit]Victorian rounds and the national finals were listed at Paintball Games Coldstream, 3–5 Maxwells Road, Coldstream, Victoria. New South Wales rounds were listed at Ultimate Paintball, at Remembrance Driveway and Cawdor Road, Cawdor, near Camden.[1][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11]

Division 2 was advertised for the NSW events, but their retrieved records contain no Division 2 competition results.[4][6][8][9]
Division 3

The surviving match record for that division is incomplete. The table reproduces the published placings rather than establishing that every scheduled fixture was played.[10]
National finals
[edit]The 2019 NXL Australia Finals took place on 12–13 October at Paintball Games Coldstream. Twelve teams appear in the final results: seven in Division 1 and five in Division 2.[2][11]
Ballistics Unit defeated Sydney Explicit 2–1 in the Division 1 final. Hustle beat SEC Black 5–2 to finish third. In Division 2, SEC Grey defeated Bomb Voyage 3–2, while CBR Mafia beat Sydney 187 3–2 in the third-place match. All four medal matches are recorded on 13 October.[11]

The Division 1 season table includes the four Victorian rounds, NSW Round 2 and the national finals, but omits NSW Rounds 1, 3 and 4. The Division 2 table includes the Victorian rounds and national finals. Division 3 contains only Victoria Round 4. These totals are reproduced as published and have not been recalculated to add missing events.[2]
Record limitations
[edit]Several event records distinguish scheduled fixtures from scored matches. NSW Round 1 has scored preliminary games but no verified knockout results. NSW Round 3 has a recorded nVs semi-final win and a participant-confirmed third place for GC Blade, but no verified championship result.[4][8][12]
At NSW Round 4, Plan B's report establishes second place behind Sydney Explicit. The numbered entrant list does not provide a final classification, and the remaining final placings are unverified.[9][13]
Forfeit entries, including Apparition's preliminary fixtures at Victoria Round 1, are not treated as evidence that those matches were played.[3]
