2001 Volcanic Rotorua Paintball Tournament

From WikiPaintball

2001 Volcanic Rotorua Paintball Tournament was a seven-player paintball tournament held on 2–3 June 2001 at Rotorua International Stadium. Seventeen teams competed in the event, organised by Tag n' Release and the Rotorua Paintball Club. Australia's Jetts won Division One, while Team Damage won Division Two.[1]

Tournament

[edit]

Games used two flags, with teams attempting to capture the opposition's flag and return it to their own starting station. Competition took place across a Sup'Air inflatable field and a smaller speedball field.[1]

Each team played fourteen preliminary games. The top four teams in each division advanced to separate divisional finals.[1]
