2010 Star Wars Big Game
The 2010 Star Wars Big Game was a themed paintball event held at Tanamera Paintball Park, Sungai Buloh, on 8 August 2010. A contemporary participant account estimated attendance at approximately 350 players.[1]
Format
[edit]The event used opposing Jedi and Sith/Empire sides inspired by Star Wars. According to participant Minato Arisato, the original concept placed players using speedball markers against those using recreational markers. Players were subsequently mixed between the sides to balance their numbers.[1]
The account described three games, including a scenario involving a princess, bodyguards and players with concealed orders to change allegiance. It reported that the Jedi side won the first and third games, while the Empire side won the second.[1]
Participants
[edit]Minato Arisato recorded playing on the Empire side with D3 Battalion.[1]
East Coast SOCOM also listed the Star Wars Big Game at Tanamera among its activities in an archived team profile.[2]
