Team Crisis (New Zealand Paintball Team)
Crisis Paintball Northland is a New Zealand paintball team whose official profile describes it as an amateur sports club and team.[1] Historical tournament reports document a Whangārei team named Crisis or Team Crisis competing from 1999, while recent Arena Paintball draws record appearances under the Crisis name during 2023–2025.[2][3][4][5]

At the 1999 Auckland Easter Tournament, Team Crisis finished sixth among ten entries with 769 points. Paul “Spider” McKay’s contemporary report described the event as the team’s second tournament and praised its performance against more experienced opposition.[3]
Team Crisis subsequently competed at the 1999 New Zealand Paintball Nationals, held on 23–24 October. It finished seventh among thirteen teams with 555 points. The report explicitly identified Team Crisis as a Whangārei team.[4]
