The dissolution was recorded in the New Zealand Gazette, notice number 2021-is3481, published on 19 August 2021. [1]
The notice was issued under section 28(1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies declared the listed societies, including Wellington Paintball Club Incorporated, dissolved on the grounds that they were no longer carrying on their operations.
