Tauranga Paintball Club
Tauranga Paintball Club Incorporated was a registered paintball club based in Tauranga, in the Bay of Plenty region of New Zealand. The organisation was incorporated in August 2005 and dissolved in February 2008.

[edit]Tauranga Paintball Club Incorporated was registered as a New Zealand incorporated society on 1 August 2005, under registration number 1674303.
The club's registered address was 91 Coopers Road, Tauranga. [1]
The surviving registration records establish the organisation's legal existence but do not identify its founding members, officers, playing facilities or competitive activities.
Dissolution
[edit]Tauranga Paintball Club Incorporated was formally dissolved on 28 February 2008.
The dissolution was recorded in the New Zealand Gazette, issue 41, under notice number 2008-is1201. [2]
The notice was issued under section 28(1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies declared that the listed societies, including Tauranga Paintball Club Incorporated, were no longer carrying on their operations.
The notice was dated 28 February 2008 and signed by Neville Harris, Registrar of Incorporated Societies.
The available records do not establish when the club ceased its activities or the circumstances leading to its dissolution.
