SPEED Overshoot (Thailand Paintball Team)
SPEED Overshoot is a Thai tournament paintball team associated with Bangkok and Tubchang Field. The team won Division 3 at the Bangkok PALS tournaments in 2014 and 2015 and at PALS Singapore in 2015.[1]
History
[edit]Early documented competition
[edit]A contemporary results report recorded Speed Overshoot finishing third in Division 2 at 2013 PALS Thailand.[2]
The team's PBLeagues record gives a registration date of 29 January 2014. This is a database registration date rather than a confirmed founding date.[1]
Division 3 competition
[edit]SPEED Overshoot won Division 3 at 2014 PALS Thailand and finished third in that division at World Cup Asia later the same year.[1]
In 2015, the team won Division 3 at 2015 PALS Thailand and the Singapore PALS tournament. It subsequently finished fourth among 39 Division 3 entries at World Cup Asia.[1]
Later documented entries
[edit]The team's official history lists Division 3 entries at 2018 World Paintball Championship and 2019 World Paintball Championship, without finishing positions for either event.[1]
Distinction from SPEED
[edit]SPEED Overshoot and SPEED, previously recorded as SPEED Aisawan, have separate PBLeagues team records.[1][3]
Both competed at the 2015 Bangkok and Singapore PALS events. SPEED entered Division 2, while SPEED Overshoot entered Division 3. The records identify Tubchang Field as SPEED Overshoot's home field and Speed Airsoft Paintball as SPEED's home field.[1][3]
These records establish separate tournament entries but do not establish their ownership, management relationship or extent of shared players.
