Paintball Supply New Zealand

From WikiPaintball

Paintball Supply New Zealand, also referred to as Paintball Supply NZ, was a New Zealand paintball equipment supplier associated with Tony Witheridge. Contemporary records document its support for tournament teams through paintball supply, equipment pricing and marker tuning.[1][2][3]

History

[edit]

Early trading and team support

[edit]

The business was active by 2000. A report on the Dunedin City Challenge that year identified Tony Witheridge as representing New Zealand Paintball Supply.[1]

Wellington Phoenix credited Paintball Supply NZ and RP Scherer with sponsorship during its account of the 2000 New Zealand Nationals. The report specifically mentioned El Tigre paintballs supplied through that support.[2]

On 25 November 2001, a member of Damage Inc described Paintball Supply NZ as a team sponsor, providing favourable equipment prices and tuning the team's markers.[3]

Company registration

[edit]

Paintball Supply NZ Limited was incorporated on 16 October 2006 under company number 1857966. Antony Charles Witheridge was appointed director on that date. The Companies Register records him as the sole shareholder, holding all 100 shares.[4][5][6]

The company was removed from the register on 24 February 2017.[4] This is the company's removal date rather than a confirmed date when the supplier ceased trading.
