2017 PALM Iran Round 4
2017 PALM Iran Round 4 was the fourth round and championship event of the 2017 PALM Iran series. The organiser records the event as completed in Tehran.[1]
PALM Media announced competition for 7–8 December 2017 (16–17 Azar 1396), while the organiser's calendar lists the broader event programme as 6–8 December.[1][2]
Event
[edit]The PALM calendar identifies the event as Leg 4 & Championships and marks it as completed.[1]
A subsequent Proball project record also identifies the fourth event of the second PALM Iran series for 2017.[3]
Documented participation
[edit]A contemporary report published by Padex Zahedan on 9 December described the team's participation in the fourth PALM Iran event and shared television news coverage identified with 8 December 2017.[4]
The post reported Division 3 second- and third-place finishes for Padex entries, together with qualification for Division 2 electronic-marker competition. It did not distinguish the entries by separate team names or clearly separate round placings from championship classifications.[4]
Media coverage
[edit]PALM Media advertised live coverage through the PALM website and social media accounts.[2]
Padex Zahedan subsequently published a video post described as coverage of the event by Iranian television news networks.[4]
