Published season rankings

Its Division 1–3 tables contain columns for Bangkok and World Cup Asia, but the Bangkok entries show no points and Singapore is absent. The displayed totals therefore reproduce the World Cup Asia points rather than a combined total from the three documented rounds.[9]

The leading three teams in each published category were as follows.[9]
