Separate international fixture

[edit]

The organisers separately scheduled an Australia versus New Zealand fixture for 15 February 2008 at the same venue, before the two-day Super 7s tournament.[1]

Contemporary NZ P8NT discussion described the proposed fixture as a ten-player match. The surviving thread contains pre-event arrangements but does not establish its completion or result.[4]
