2004 Dunedin City 3-Man

From WikiPaintball

2004 Dunedin City 3-Man was a three-player paintball tournament organised by Brian Thornley in Dunedin, New Zealand. Twelve teams competed over a Saturday and Sunday, including teams from Dunedin, Christchurch and Invercargill.[1]

Tournament

[edit]

Competition took place on a wooded field referred to in Thornley's account as “the Hill”. Four marshals officiated on the field, while Thornley managed chronograph checks and tournament operations. Paintball Supply NZ supplied paintballs.[1]

Teams identified in the report included Psychosis from Invercargill, Mojo and Catalyst from Dunedin, and Bad Taste from Christchurch. The field included both experienced competitors and players entering a three-player competition for the first time.[1]

A larger recreational game followed the tournament to conclude the weekend.[1]
