2002 South Pacific Championships

From WikiPaintball

2002 South Pacific Championships was a seven-player paintball tournament held on 30–31 March 2002 at Thunderball Adventure Games in Wellington. Eight teams competed, with Saints winning ahead of Tag and Training and Tag n' Release.[1]

Tournament

[edit]

Competition took place on Thunderball's speedball field, which used tyre barricades and large cable reels. Wayne Hilliam served as ultimate referee.[1]

Saints, Tag n' Release, Damage and Tag and Training qualified for the finals. Tag and Training finished second, one point ahead of Tag n' Release; the tournament report described that margin as equivalent to one surviving player.[1]
