2002 Hawke’s Bay Triples

From WikiPaintball

2002 Hawke's Bay Triples was a three-player paintball tournament held on 2–3 February 2002 at Stoney Creek Ranch in Hastings. Organised by Les Hall, the event attracted seventeen teams. GPS defeated RUSH 100–10 in the final.[1]

Tournament

[edit]

Games used a centre-flag format, with an allowance of 100 paintballs per player per game. Three playing fields were installed on a rugby ground: the Smash inflatable field from Auckland, an inflatable field supplied by Tony Witheridge, and a plywood speedball field supplied by Tag n' Release. Accommodation and meals were included in the event arrangements.[1]
