2017 PALM Iran Round 3
2017 PALM Iran Round 3 was the third and penultimate round of the 2017 PALM Iran series. It was announced for 7–8 September 2017 (16–17 Shahrivar 1396) at the Dokouheh Cultural and Sports Complex, also known as Dehkadeh-ye Moqavemat, in Tehran.[1]
Datis Tehran won Division 1, while Datis Shemiranat finished second in Division 2.[2]
Event
[edit]PALM Media's contemporary announcement identified the third round's dates and venue.[1]
A separate announcement published by Shahab Paintball Park scheduled Division 1 and Division 2 games for Thursday, followed by the mechanical-marker Division 3 competition and the Division 1 and Division 2 finals on Friday.[3]
A surviving recording identifies the Division 1 final as Datis versus Tehran and explicitly labels it as the third PALM Iran round in September 2017.[4]

Series standings
[edit]Planet Eclipse's report, published on 8 October 2017, described Datis Tehran as leading the Division 1 series standings before the final round. It also described Datis Shemiranat as being close to the Division 2 season title.[2]
These were standings observations before the final event, rather than confirmation of completed season championships.

[edit]Live coverage was advertised through the PALM website and PALM Media's Telegram channel.[3]
An Aparat recording preserves the Division 1 final between Datis and Tehran.[4]
