Chaos Paintball (New Zealand)
Chaos Paintball was a paintball field in the Albany area of Auckland, New Zealand. Its opening was announced in September 2006, when it offered recreational games and Monday social club nights.[1]
History
[edit]On 25 September 2006, a representative posting as “andy190” announced that Chaos Paintball had recently opened in Albany. The field was described as measuring approximately 60 metres by 40 metres. A follow-up post described it as a small private club field and advertised Monday social club nights.[1]
The official website, archived on 2 January 2008, described a field on a pine-covered slope just off Main Albany Highway. It advertised group bookings and night games, with equipment, camouflage clothing and safety instruction provided. Andy and Anton were listed as contacts.[2]
Company
[edit]The field was associated with Chaos Paintball Limited.[3] The company was incorporated on 21 July 2009 under company number 2275466 and NZBN 9429032174618. Its Companies Register entry lists Anton Poynter as director and a registered office in Orewa. The company's status is recorded as removed.[4]
