Editing 2007 Independence Cup

The '''2007 Independence Cup''' was an international paintball tournament held at [[Xtion Paintball Park]] in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on 25–26 August 2007. It was advertised as the second leg of the [[2007 Paintball Asia League Series]]. Datis won Division 1, Global Pinoy won Division 2 and Zealous won Division 3.[1][2]

The tournament offered three divisions using five-player capture-the-flag matches, with two reserves permitted per team and a five-minute game limit.[1]

The announcement specified PALS rules based on the Millennium Series. Divisions 1 and 2 permitted PSP-mode ramping capped at 15 balls per second, while Division 3 used semi-automatic firing capped at the same rate. Malaysian and European marshals were advertised.[1]

The captains' meeting was scheduled for 24 August, before competition on 25–26 August.[1]
