=== Revised programme and cancellation === An updated notice identified Saital Paintball Club in Najafabad as the proposed venue. Its surviving text contains both 6 and 7 September as dates for the men's premier competition, alongside an explicit cancellation statement.[8] The notice stated that entries had not reached the required number and that the association could not cover the event's costs. It also stated that insufficient second-division registrations prevented that division from being staged.[8] A separate association letter confirmed cancellation of the men's opening round. It cited insufficient entries, rising paintball prices linked to exchange rates, operating costs and the absence of sponsors.[2]
