=== Semi-professional competition === PBLeagues records document the team competing under the Dallas Diesel name before appearing as ac Diesel during the 2017 season. In 2018, ac Diesel finished third in the semi-professional division at both the Las Vegas Open and Atlantic City Open.[1] The team finished in the top five at every NXL event during 2019. Its results included first place at the Texas Open, fourth at the Philadelphia Open and third at the World Cup.[1] An NXL retrospective credited [[Greg Pauley]] with bringing together a core of former [[Texas Storm]] players and developing the team before its move into professional competition. Ac Diesel entered the professional division following the relegation of Scottsdale Elevation at the end of 2019.[2]
