Editing UWL Malaysia (section)

== History ==

A historical account published by the [[Malaysia Woodsball League]] organiser described the introduction of UWL competition to Malaysia in 2010 through Delta Paintball, working with Tanamera Paintball Park, Mudtrekker Paintball Park and Paintball Breeder. The account stated that three rounds were held during the first year.[2]

A March 2010 press release reproduced by ''Seburo'' identified Furious Paintball's Matthew Nekvapil as working with UWL to organise a Malaysian tournament series.[4]

On 10 April 2010, Jahang River Paintball published Malaysian UWL rules and announced plans to enter a team at Tanamera. A subsequent announcement, published on 21 July, advertised a second event at Paintball Valley for 31 July 2010.[3][5]
