Jonathan Richard Clark was appointed director on that date, and the Companies Register records him as the sole shareholder, holding all 100 shares.[5][6][7] The venue's archived website advertised recreational paintball for private groups, corporate activities and parties, with bookings available seven days a week. Its directions placed the field on Haruru Road, opposite 694 Haruru Road, in Wainui.[1][2] The company was removed from the Companies Register on 20 November 2012.[5] This does not establish the date on which the playing field ceased operating.
