She founded Femmes Fatale, became involved in the development of the Women's National Xball League (WNXL), and has held ownership roles with Chicago Aftershock.[1][2]

Paintball career
[edit]Playing career
[edit]Adamson began playing paintball around 2001, according to an interview published by Paintball Nerd in January 2024, in which she described having played for 23 years.[1]
She became associated with women's tournament paintball through Femmes Fatale, a team she founded and subsequently helped develop into a professional women's competition organisation.
Her involvement in paintball has included playing, team management and the promotion of opportunities for women in organised competition.[1][2]
Femmes Fatale
[edit]Adamson founded Femmes Fatale, a women's tournament paintball team that later competed in the WNXL.
The team participated in the inaugural WNXL exhibition match at the 2021 Paintball World Cup, ahead of the league's first full season in 2022.
Professional player Daniela Rojas has documented her participation with Femmes Fatale and identified Todd and Tami Adamson as the team's owners.[4]
Professional team ownership
[edit]In January 2024, Paintball Nerd published an interview with Todd and Tami Adamson discussing their acquisition of a professional tournament franchise and the rebranding of Columbus LVL.
The interview described their plans for the team's development and participation in professional competition.[1]
By October 2026, Adamson was identified as an owner of Chicago Aftershock in an interview published by the Play The Game podcast.[2]
Paintball for Purpose
[edit]Adamson founded Paintball for Purpose, an initiative promoting mental health awareness and access to support through paintball.
The organisation has used tournament appearances and promotional activities to encourage discussion of mental health and reduce stigma surrounding requests for professional support.
In 2025, Adamson reported that Paintball for Purpose-branded Sup'Air Ball bunkers had appeared on the semi-professional field at an NXL Midwest Open event.[3]
Recognition
[edit]Adamson's involvement in women's professional paintball and team ownership has been discussed in paintball media interviews.
The Play The Game podcast featured her in episode 357, published on 5 October 2026, covering her playing career, team ownership and Paintball for Purpose.[2]
