2013 NZPPL Super 5 Man Event 1
2013 NZPPL Super 5 Man Event 1 was a five-player paintball tournament held on 9–10 March 2013 at El Rancho Holiday Park in Waikanae, on New Zealand’s Kāpiti Coast. It opened the 2013 New Zealand Paintball Players League (NZPPL) Super 5 Man Series. Thirteen teams competed, with X-Fighter$ Fracture winning the Cup and Low Gear winning the Plate.[1][2]
Organisation
[edit]The venue was El Rancho Holiday Park, 25 Kauri Road, Waikanae. The advertised programme scheduled field inspection, registration and a captains’ meeting for 8 March, followed by tournament play on 9–10 March. Matches were scheduled to begin at 8 am on both days.[1]
Results
[edit]The official NZPPL results recorded six teams in the Cup classification and seven in the Plate.[2]

The event table abbreviated the winning team as “X-Fighter$”, Wellington Vendetta as “Vendetta” and TPC Blast as “TPC”. The combined series table supplied their fuller names.[2]
