Campbelltown Raiders (Australian Paintball Team)
Campbelltown Raiders was an Australian tournament paintball team that reached the amateur finals of the 1995 Rebel Tour at Skirmish Adventures in Helensburgh, New South Wales.[1]
Tournament participation
[edit]Campbelltown Raiders competed in the seven-player tournament on 2–3 December 1995. The team led the amateur preliminary standings with 365 points, qualifying for the four-team finals.[1]
The finals were played on the Speedball and Blisterball fields. The contemporary report records defeats in the Raiders' opening two finals games, including a loss to Bulljoes. The Raiders also received a 25-point chronograph penalty during that game.[1]
The report describes the concluding game against The Ducks as a contest for third place, but does not give its outcome or the Raiders' final tournament placing.[1]
