2025 WCPL Jim Lively's Gold Rush Classic
The 2025 WCPL Jim Lively's Gold Rush Classic was a seven-player woodsball tournament announced for 6–7 September 2025 at Splat Action Paintball in Molalla, Oregon. It was included in the World Classic Paintball League's 2025 calendar and promoted by Jim Lively.[1][2]
LA Hitmen records a first-place finish at the 2025 Jim Lively Gold Rush seven-player competition.[3]
Organisation
[edit]The WCPL introduced the Gold Rush Classic as a new Pacific Northwest event associated with Jim Lively's return to tournament promotion.[1][2]
Its official calendar used the title Jim Lively's Gold Rush Classic 7-man and named Lively as the event contact.[1]
Dates and venue
[edit]The announced dates were Saturday, 6 September, and Sunday, 7 September 2025.[1]
The venue was listed as Splat Action Paintball, 15706 Oregon Route 211, Molalla, Oregon.[1]
Format
[edit]The league advertised the tournament as seven-player woodsball. This distinguished it from the ten-player events listed elsewhere in the WCPL's 2025 calendar.[1][2]
Results and documented status
[edit]LA Hitmen's published team record lists a first-place finish at the Jim Lively Gold Rush 7-man 2025. This provides a participant account of a completed competition, although it does not supply a full results table or confirm the actual playing dates.[3]

Paintball Media also advertised coverage of the WCPL Gold Rush Classic in its November 2025 magazine.[4]
Lower placings, individual match scores and a complete divisional breakdown remain unconfirmed.
Calendar position
[edit]The Gold Rush Classic followed the scheduled 2025 WCPL Wisconsin Classic in the league's published calendar.[1]
The next announced United States event was the 2025 WCPL Gateway Classic, scheduled for 11–12 October 2025 at Gateway Paintball in Bridgeton, Missouri.[1]
