Despite its Philadelphia title, the tournament took place in Blue Bell. The official event record identifies the venue as Valley Forge, at 340 Dekalb Pike, Blue Bell.[1]

Contemporary sports-tourism reporting identifies the site as Montgomery County Community College and describes the event as a partnership involving the college and the Valley Forge Sports Team.[3]

The 20-team professional division was advertised as 15-minute X-Ball with a six-point mercy rule. Semi-Pro and Division 2 used 15-minute games with a five-point mercy rule. Divisions 3 and 4 used 12-minute games with a four-point mercy rule.[1]

Traditional five-player competition was offered in Divisions 3, 4 and 5, alongside Open Mechanical five-player. These competitions were listed with five-minute game times.[1]
