2017 MXL San Luis Open
The 2017 MXL San Luis Open was the third event of the 2017 Mexican Xball League season, held at Tangamanga Park in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, on 19–20 August 2017.[1][3] Tj All Stars won Ultimate Champions and Club de toby won Premier in the published event placings.[2]
Competition
[edit]The tournament had 44 team entries across three divisions. Ultimate Champions and Premier used X-ball formats, while Junior was a three-player race-to-two competition.[1][2]
| Division | Team entries |
|---|---|
| Ultimate Champions | 10 |
| Premier | 19 |
| Junior | 15 |
A contemporary Planet Eclipse report by PJ identified Arturo Andrade as the organiser and noted the participation of Harrison Frye, Blake Yarber and Greg Siewers. Caballeros Gringos travelled from San Francisco, California, to compete.[3]
