2012 INPL Women's Round 1
2012 INPL Women's Round 1 was the opening women's round of the Iran National Paintball League for the Iranian calendar year 1391. It took place in Tehran on 17 May 2012 (28 Ordibehesht 1391), with seven teams representing five provinces.[1]
Datis Alborz won, followed by Javidan Tehran and Titan Qazvin.[1][2]
Event
[edit]The Iran Paintball Association reported that the competition marked the anniversary of the birth of Fatimah. Participating teams represented Tehran, Alborz, Qazvin, Isfahan and East Azerbaijan.[1]
Tehran and Isfahan each supplied two teams, while the other three provinces supplied one each.[1]
Results
[edit]| Position | Team | Province |
|---|---|---|
| 1st | Datis Alborz | Alborz |
| 2nd | Javidan Tehran | Tehran |
| 3rd | Titan Qazvin | Qazvin |
| 4th | Artemis Isfahan | Isfahan |
The association and Mehr agree on the leading four teams.[1][2]
The association also listed Javidan Two Tehran, East Azerbaijan and Takavaran Isfahan. Mehr reported Javidan Two and East Azerbaijan jointly fifth and omitted Takavaran, so the lower placings are not presented as a reconciled results table.[1][2]
Round identification
[edit]The association identified the event as the first women's round of 1391. Mehr described it as the second women's league competition. This article follows the association's explicit identification of the round within the 1391 season.[1][2]
Subsequent programme
[edit]The association later scheduled a second women's round for 6 September 2012 (16 Shahrivar 1391) at Saital Paintball Club in Vilashahr, Najafabad, Isfahan Province. The recovered notice is an announcement rather than confirmation that the competition took place.[3]
