2009 MPL Monterrey Open

From WikiPaintball

The 2009 MPL Monterrey Open was the second round of the 2009 Mexican Paintball League season, listed for 23–24 May 2009 in Monterrey.[1] The official event page named Estadio del AFAIM as the venue and Daniel Velez, Cesar Elizondo, Isac Gonzalez and Arturo Andrade as organisers.[2]

Competition

[edit]

The event offered Abierta (Open) for five-player teams and Novatos (Novice) for three-player teams. Advertised entry fees were 3,500 Mexican pesos for Abierta and 2,000 pesos for Novatos, with a maximum of 40 teams in each division.[2]

The league's cumulative rankings after three rounds record Monterrey points for 23 Abierta entries and 24 Novatos entries.[3]

Recorded event points

[edit]

The following teams received the four highest Monterrey point awards in each division. These figures come from the Monterrey column of the league's cumulative rankings, rather than a separate event finishing-order table.[3]
