The 2007 Millennium Series Nürburgring event was a Millennium Series paintball tournament held at the Nürburgring in Germany from 18 to 20 May 2007. It was the second round of the 2007 Millennium Series season, following the opening event in Toulouse.[1][2]

Philly Dogs won the professional Champions Paintball League (CPL) competition, ahead of Joy Stockholm, Toulouse Tontons and Manchester Shockwave. The result gave Philly Dogs consecutive victories at the opening two rounds.[2]

Event

[edit]

WARPIG published a contemporary Nürburgring event index with printable maps, three-dimensional previews and virtual field walks. It provided separate previews for Champions Paintball League and Semi-Professional Paintball League (SPL) competition, and for seven-player and five-player competition.[1]

The seven-player and five-player preview identified a shared layout for the Dye, Eclipse, Tomahawk and Chronic fields, using Sup'Air inflatable bunkers.[3]

The German round was followed by the Campaign Cup in London, the Charleroi event and the French Open at Paris-Disney.[2]

The Nürburgring produced the same first- and second-place teams as the opening round. Philly Dogs earned another 100 championship points, while Joy added 88.[2]

Toulouse Tontons improved from seventh at Toulouse to third in Germany. Manchester Shockwave rose from ninth to fourth, while Vision PPC Grenoble repeated its fifth-place finish.[2]
