2009 INPL Round 1 was the opening event of the 2009 Iran National Paintball League season, held from 13 to 15 May 2009. Two surviving videos identify these dates and document play at the event.[1][2]

Competition

[edit]

A report circulated on the paintball forum pbhub in June 2010 identified the footage as showing teams from the Iranian professional division. It listed eight teams in that season's professional division: Datis, Persian Legend, Datis 2, Ariana, SWAT, Giv, Tigers and Persian Stars.[3]

Video coverage

[edit]

Two videos survive under the titles 2009 Iran Paintball League – Video #1 and 2009 Iran Paintball League – Video #2. Both descriptions state that they were filmed at the first league event on 13–15 May 2009.[1][2]
