The season records assign the leading Division 1 entries Round 5 positions 13–16 and the leading Division 4 entries positions 16–19. The table presents their order within each division, corroborated by the scored finals and third-place matches.[2][3]

The match records identify Division 1 runner-up Thunderducks and third-placed Warped Gold; the corresponding team entries in the season records are named Thunderducks Orange and Wolverhampton Warped.[2][3]
