The 1993 NPPL San Diego Open was a planned National Professional Paintball League (NPPL) paintball tournament in San Diego, California, during the league's inaugural 1993 season. The event was cancelled because of flooding.[1][2]

Cancellation

San Diego was included in the NPPL's initial tournament programme, but the event did not take place. Paintball Win Count's historical event index records it as cancelled due to flooding.[1]

A historical chronology reproduced on Automags.org also identifies the San Diego event as a washout preceding the league's first completed tournament, held in Dallas on 26–28 March 1993.[2]
