Body Count was an Australian tournament paintball team captained by Matt Hawkins. The team reached the elimination stage of the 1995 Sydney Skirmish Sevens at Ultimate Skirmish Game in Yarramundi, New South Wales.[1]

Tournament participation

[edit]

Body Count entered the elimination stage of the Sydney Skirmish Sevens seeded fifth with 290 points.[1]

Playing with six players in the seven-player competition, Body Count defeated Badd Rapps in its first elimination game. It then faced the Delegates for a place in the concluding four-team round-robin finals.[1]

The Delegates won that game, eliminating Body Count from the tournament. In the contemporary report, captain Matt Hawkins expressed satisfaction with the team's performance despite playing one person short.[1]
