2008 Hamilton 3s
The 2008 Hamilton 3s was a three-player paintball tournament series held at Horsham Downs near Hamilton, New Zealand. Contemporary records document completed rounds on 3 February, 6 April and 8 June, followed by a December event. Gypsys won the opening round, while Invictus won the second and third rounds.[1][2][3][4][5][6]
Organisation
[edit]The organiser's directions identified the venue as 161 Boyd Road, Horsham Downs. The competition required event-supplied paint, with compressed air included in the entry fee.[1]
The published schedule also listed rounds for 7 September, 5 October and 7 December 2008.[1] A separate announcement posted on 25 November advertised the December event for Sunday, 7 December.[5]

December event
[edit]The December competition was advertised for 7 December 2008. On 8 December, the organiser published a post-event report titled Hxc 3s wrap up and photos, confirming that the event had taken place.[5][6]
The report acknowledged support and prizes from SCK, linked to photographs of the December event and announced that the competition would continue in 2009. It did not publish placings or scores.[6]
