2003 Volcanic Rotorua Paintball Tournament was held at Rotorua International Stadium over the Saturday and Sunday of the October long weekend in 2003. Eighteen teams competed, including three from Australia. Saints won the Cup, while Fusion won the Plate.[1][2]

Format

The tournament used Millennium Series rules under New Zealand Paintball Players Association guidelines. Matches took place on two airball fields, including an Angel field supplied by WDP.[1]

Teams began in two seeded pools. Their first-day scores determined progression into separate Cup and Plate competitions. Both competitions concluded with best-of-three finals.[1]
