2013 NZPPL Super 5 Man Event 3, also promoted as the 2013 NZPPL Nationals, was a five-player paintball tournament held on 26–27 October 2013 at Asylum Paintball in Kingseat, Auckland, New Zealand. The competition was the third and final round of the 2013 New Zealand Paintball Players League (NZPPL) Super 5 Man Series.[1][2]

KC Damage won the tournament, followed by Wellington Vendetta in second place and X-Fighter$ Fracture in third.[2]

X-Fighter$ won the overall 2013 NZPPL series championship, having recorded two event victories and a third-place finish during the season.[2]

The NZPPL advertised the tournament as its Super 5 Man national championship event for 2013.

2013 series championship

The October tournament concluded the NZPPL's 2013 Super 5 Man Series.

X-Fighter$ won the overall championship after recording the following results:

Media coverage

The tournament was filmed by Blacksheep Media, a New Zealand paintball photography and video production organisation led by Tony Dickson.[2]

The footage was subsequently released as a video titled NZPPL Nationals – 2013.

On 16 March 2014, Scoop Independent News published a Blacksheep Communications press release announcing the video's release.

The report identified KC Damage as the tournament winner and confirmed Wellington Vendetta and X-Fighter$ Fracture as the second- and third-place teams.[2]

The video provides a contemporary visual record of competitive paintball at Asylum Paintball during the 2013 NZPPL season final.

The tournament is documented through the NZPPL's archived official event website and a contemporary media release published in March 2014.

The NZPPL event page confirms the competition's dates, venue and scheduled programme.[1]

The Blacksheep Communications release confirms the leading three teams and X-Fighter$'s overall season championship.[2]

The archived NZPPL rankings provide additional results for the first two events of the 2013 season.[3]
