Amon Johnson
Amon Johnson is a New Zealand paintball player documented as a member of Saints in a contemporary New Zealand Paintball profile preserved in February 1998. He also competed with Team Vengeance at the 1996 World Cup in Orlando, Florida.[1]
Playing career
[edit]Johnson's profile states that he discovered paintball through a social game with friends and had been involved in the sport for approximately twelve years at the time of the interview.[1]
1996 World Cup
[edit]Johnson identified competing with Team Vengeance at the 1996 World Cup in Orlando as his greatest paintball achievement. He reported that the team placed twenty-first in five-player competition and twenty-third in ten-player competition.[1]
These were reported tournament placings, rather than world rankings.
Saints
[edit]The archived profile identifies Johnson as a member of Team Saints.[1]
An undated photograph captioned Saints, Auckland, published by the House Steiner Facebook profile, also identifies Johnson through a photograph tag. The image was uploaded on 18 August 2011; its original date has not been established.[2]
Equipment
[edit]Johnson named the Automag as his preferred paintball marker in his contemporary profile.[1]
