The 1993 NPPL Dallas Open was a paintball tournament held in Dallas, Texas, on 26–28 March 1993. It was the first completed tournament of the National Professional Paintball League (NPPL), following the cancellation of the scheduled San Diego event because of flooding.[1][2]

The Ironmen won the professional 10-man division, while Thunderstorm won the amateur 10-man division.[3]

Background

The tournament opened the NPPL's inaugural season after the planned San Diego event was cancelled. A historical chronology reproduced on Automags.org identifies 26–28 March 1993 as the dates of the league's first completed event. TAG Adventure Park's historical timeline independently records an NPPL tournament in Dallas on those dates.[1][2]
