'''Oz Ball''' was an Australian tournament [[paintball]] team that competed in the third round of the five-player Bushmasters Series at Brayton Paintball on 22 January 1995. The team received the tournament's best and fairest award.[1] == Tournament participation == Oz Ball was one of eight teams at the Brayton tournament. The contemporary report stated that equipment problems affected its performance and that it did not qualify for the four-team finals.[1] During the preliminary games, Oz Ball secured a flag grab against SWAT but did not complete a flag hang before time expired.[1] Oz Ball received the best and fairest award, while player Joe Kantor won a separate shooting competition held during the event.[1] == Documented players == The contemporary report named Alan Mills, Narelle Mills, Joe Kantor, Matt Hawker and Rob Ambrose as playing with Oz Ball. It also identified two participants by the first names Andrew and Martin.[1] Alan Mills, Narelle Mills and Joe Kantor were described as Queensland players. The report does not establish a home location for the team as a whole.[1] == References == # Neil Carpenter, report on round three of the Bushmasters Series at Brayton Paintball, ''Australian Paintballer'', June–July 1995, p. 25.
