Editing 2023 NXL Australia WA Round 4

2023 NXL Australia WA Round 4 was the designation used in NXL Australia's calendar for a Western Australian paintball event scheduled for 22 October 2023 at WASP Paintball. Five-player competition was advertised in Division 1 and Division 2. A separate event directory listed the same date and venue as WA Round 3, leaving the round numbering unresolved.[1][2]

The league calendar preserved on 25 October 2023 listed the event as Round 4, with team entry fees of $650 for Division 1 and $550 for Division 2.[1]

AllEvents' NXL Australia organiser directory instead preserves an event titled NXL WA – Round 3 2023 at WASP Paintball on 22 October. The available records do not establish whether this reflects renumbering or a listing error.[2]

Competition evidence
In a post dated 24 October 2023, participant Kai (@kai__gb) described the Western Australian NXL season as finished and reported second place behind STK Australia. The post thanked organiser Tim Colgan and WASP Paintball.[3]

This contemporary report supports competition at the end of the Western Australian season, but does not explicitly identify the round number, playing date or division. It also does not distinguish an event placing from a season placing. It therefore cannot establish complete results for the advertised Round 4.

Results
The scheduled date and venue are documented, and contemporary participant reporting confirms late-season competition. However, the precise association between that report and the differently numbered October listings remains unresolved.

Divisional winners, complete standings and match scores for the event advertised as Round 4 have not been verified.
