Positions and team names follow the final points table. A dash reproduces the absence of a points entry in the source; it does not independently establish whether a team attended an event.[1]

== Points system ==
The published first-round points notice specified that divisions with six or fewer teams awarded 40 points to the winner. Divisions with seven or eight teams awarded 50 points, while divisions with nine or more awarded 60. Successive positions were separated by five points.[7]
