Editing 2010 MPL Toluca Open Final Round

The '''2010 MPL Toluca Open Final Round''' was the final event of the 2010 [[Mexican Paintball League]] season, held in Toluca, Mexico, on 27–28 November 2010.[1][3] White Lions Evolution won Open and BLACKOUT MX won Intermediate in the published PBLeagues placings.[2]

== Competition ==
PBLeagues records 46 team entries across three divisions. Open and Intermediate were five-player race-to-two competitions, while Novice used a three-player race-to-two format.[1][2]

{| class="wikitable"
! Division !! Team entries
|-
| Open || 5
|-
| Intermediate || 13
|-
| Novice || 28
|}

A contemporary report by Jose Luis Alvarez, published by Planet Eclipse, gives a higher total of 51 teams. It describes spectator stands, a trade show and technical support provided by Gerry Bates.[3]

== Results ==
The leading four teams in the published PBLeagues placings were:[2]

{| class="wikitable"
! Division !! First !! Second !! Third !! Fourth
|-
| Open || White Lions Evolution || OVERHEAD || TJ All Starz Black || Heaven & Hell
|-
| Intermediate || BLACKOUT MX || Naxion || Mariposas Salvajes || Naughty Jackal
|-
| Novice || Red Skull || Diablos 3 || Six Bullets || White Tigers Evolution
|}

Planet Eclipse's report uses the label Beginners for the third division and names its winner as Red Bulls, followed by Diablos, Six Bullets and White Tigers. PBLeagues instead lists Red Skull first and Diablos 3 second. The differing winner names are retained without assuming they identify the same team.[2][3]
