=== Proposed timetable ===

The organisers published the following timetable:

{| class="wikitable"
! Date
! Proposed milestone
! Documented outcome
|-
| 25 February 2010
| Public hearing
| Hearing documented as held
|-
| 27 March 2010
| Presentation of the federation constitution
| Completion not established
|-
| 9 October 2010
| First annual general meeting and committee elections
| Completion not established
|}

The proposal stated that the period before the intended elections would allow time to address licensing issues and enable clubs and associations to organise their accounts and membership.[1]

No located source confirms that the constitution presentation occurred on 27 March or that elections took place on 9 October. The provisional committee should therefore not be retrospectively described as having been confirmed through those proposed elections.
