=== Expansion across Asia === PALS developed a multinational competition calendar with events hosted in different countries. By 2012, the organisers reported that PALS competitions had been held in Thailand, Taiwan and the Philippines, with affiliated events also taking place in Singapore and Indonesia.[1] Malaysia remained central to the series, hosting major competitions including World Cup Asia. The circuit attracted international teams from countries including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Japan, Iran and the United Arab Emirates. Teams from Europe and North America also participated, particularly at major championship events.
