=== Tim Montressor Memorial Fund ===

Following Montressor's death, members of the paintball community established a memorial fundraising campaign.

The campaign was organised by Tom Fox and Jason Edwards.[12]

Its stated goal was to commission a life-size bronze statue of Montressor.

=== Proposed memorial ===

The organisers proposed installing the statue at Urban Assault Paintball.

The location was chosen because of its association with the Iron City Classic.

The memorial was intended to recognise both Montressor's playing career and his contribution to the revival of classic tournament paintball.

=== Fundraising ===

The campaign established a fundraising goal of $50,000.

The publicly accessible fundraiser subsequently recorded more than $60,000 raised.

The existence and final installation status of the proposed statue should be verified separately.

=== Memorial tournament ===

The organisers also announced a seven-player memorial tournament at Central Florida Paintball for 18 July 2020.

The event was intended to support the memorial project.
