=== Competition in 2009β2010 === In March 2009, Datis finished second behind the American Ironmen at the Golden Palm tournament at Kish Olympic Stadium, Iran. Mehr News Agency reported nine foreign and twenty Iranian teams at the event.[12] In July, Datis finished third at the Asian Paintball Invitational Tournament in Taiwan, behind Germany's Ramstein Instinct and Australia's SWAT.[13] The March 2010 ''ProPaintball.com'' interview reported that Datis had won all four events of the preceding Iranian league season, defeating Persian Legend at the final tournament.[9] At World Cup Asia in November 2010, Datis won Division 1 ahead of France's Bad Elements, Australia's STK and Malaysia's [[MacDev Ronin]]. The team also secured the overall 2010 PALS championship.[3][14]
